A siren is a loud sound making device. Civil defense sirens are mounted in fixed locations and used to warn of natural disasters or attacks. Sirens are used on emergency service vehicles such as ambulances, police cars and fire trucks. The siren speaking we are presenting is a professional one of 200W with 8 tunes and comes with handheld microphone.
Installation
Easy to install anywhere with 12V DC power.
No installation guide provided, please consult with car audio installer or mechanic.
May require custom installation. 12V Power delivered to 2 wires required. You may have to extend the wire between the speaker and the control module if you are mounting this in your engine bay.
Control Box
MIC Aux: Plug aux cable from megaphone/siren.
On/Off Volume Knob: Turns on and off, controls volume.
Sound Selector Knob: Switch between the various siren modes.
Horn Button: Horn sound #1.
Horn/Siren Switch: Horn sound #2, siren sound.
Two Additional On/Off (On the Right): Turns on and off the additional LED lights.
Wiring
Harness: Plugs into connector wiring from box.
Red wire: Positive.
Black wire: Negative.
Two green wires: Wires both to siren.
Yellow and white wires: Wires to additional LED lighting. (Both are positive, connect negative wires to vehicle.)
Note: Try turning volume higher if mic sound is too low.
